• All activity under your account is your responsibility

• No credential sharing with unauthorized users

RactoPOS may suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

• We are not liable for billing or tax errors
• Regular backups are strongly recommended

• Uninterrupted service is not guaranteed
• Downtime may occur due to maintenance or issues
• No liability for losses due to interruptions

• All IP belongs to RactoPOS
• Limited, non-transferable usage license
• No copying or redistribution allowed

• Pricing disclosed before charges apply
• No payment collection during free period
• Pricing subject to change with notice

• Accounts may be suspended for violations
• Services may be discontinued with notice
• Users may stop using services anytime

• No liability for indirect or consequential damages
• Total liability capped at amount paid (if any)
